WE WILL TRAIN the right individual(s) for this role to provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through our non-confrontational Sales Process from greeting to close. Candidates for this position should prioritize outstanding Guest (Customer) Service along with superior product knowledge and the ability to close the sale.

Sales Trainee Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet showroom visitors
- Become a product knowledge expert
- Promote and demonstrate products to new and existing customers
- Perform enthusiastic product presentations to generate customer excitement
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service - we do not ask you to pressure customers onto buying
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Generate and qualify leads via phone and email
Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, personable "People Person" personality
- Excellent "listening skills"
