Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
