Manager Trainee

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This position will require training in our queensbury location as well as our warrensburg locatio. The Management Trainee will be immersed in various aspects of our operations, including sales management, employee orientation, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and grow within the company.

Duties

• Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Participate in employee orientation and training development programs to enhance team performance.
• Support store management in cash handling processes and financial reporting.
• Engage with customers to promote sales and provide product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Help maintain inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through effective team management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management is required.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in cash handling and sales management is advantageous.
• Pervious gas station experience required along with propane experience preferre.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
