Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and other cannabis products.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed properly.
• Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items.
• Handle cash transactions with precision and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
• Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the values of our dispensary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in upselling techniques and retail math is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
• Possess a current Colorado Industry Badge to work within the Cannabis Industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
