About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience when interacting with our business. Your focus will be on managing customer service inquiries, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, etc., in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to clients to address concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, estimating, drafting, etc.) to improve overall customer experience.
  • Escalate any unresolved customer issues to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the companys documentation systems.
  • Using company resources to address customer inquiries around order deliverables (i.e. drawing delivery, part delivery, etc.) and order delivery timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client success in construction or home development industries.
  • Familiarity with construction project management, building materials, or warranty process.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in construction, home development or warranty services.
  • Professional customer service attitude.
  • Genuinely excited to help customers.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and with customers.

Working Location(s)

  • Denver, CO (Headquarters)

Compensation

  • Total Compensation Range $60,000 to $80,000
