SuperGraphics is a large format printer specializing in experiential graphics for environments, retail, event, and fleet. We manage complex projects sustainably and believe in closed-loop recycling and clean second use. About the Position:
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget on a per project basis.

The Project Manager will advise other team members on the proper material and production procedures needed to achieve our clients’ vision. This position requires daily communication with clients and internal staff along with the ability to learn technical information.

The ideal candidate has proven project management and communication skills. Attention to detail, good mathematical and grammatical skills to support our sales and production team are also essential.

We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to work effectively while under pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

· Define scope of R&D on projects. Ensure material, construction and logistic requirements meet customer specifications and project demands.

· Manage and monitor the flow of jobs both internally and externally through the production process from start to finish.

· Serve as a technical resource with customers to drive confidence and project execution.

· Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales and customer informed of any challenges or changes.

· Manage graphic installation and logistics for projects, from concept through completion. Coordinates project meetings when needed.

· Use price list tools and programs to develop basic price estimates, which are reviewed prior to presentation.

· Create production work orders in an MIS system for print manufacturing.

· Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet the customers' expectations.

· Help create quote requests and quote letters to the client.

· Maintain ongoing communications with production personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

· Attend regular production meetings.

· Create estimates for basic projects.

· Work in a team environment.

Education
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Two years’ related experience and/or training

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Hours

Full time- base schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
Hours also include infrequent weekends and evenings as dictated by business needs and supervisor.

Salary Range:

The range for this position is $55k - 65k plus commission, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
