Responsibilities

Some automotive dealership experience is preferred. Being highly dependable, excellent attendance, Excel, Google Suites, ability to use the Internet, Phone skills, and time management/follow up skills. This position requires having a sense of urgency for completion of all tasks and working with a group at times.

A successful candidate must have superior customer service skills, excellent computer skills, be detailed oriented, motivated, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• In addition to the daily requirements of the role, this person will also be responsible for assisting the team where needed.
• Use of necessary systems to record, track and post sales information.
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Review reports as necessary to perform work duties
• Ability to multi-task or handle multiple events at once
• Bill all car deals and post into accounting system(s)
• Ensure all monies paid for retail and wholesale deals are timely and correct
• Post deals, clean schedules, and write lien payoff checks.
• Organize all paperwork in each deal and double check for completeness, signatures, VIN verification, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and other duties as assigned by supervisor
