Our Inside Sales Representatives assure effective distribution of our products to our customers by communicating with them over the phone, through our online ordering system, and emails. Our inside sales position is one of our entry-level sales opportunities at Superior Beverage Group with ample opportunities to learn the industry and grow within the business.
Inside Sales Representative Schedule:
- Monday -Friday: 8:30am- 5:00pm

Qualifications
Typical Duties of an Inside Sales Representative:
- Call on assigned accounts, on scheduled days, by telephone to increase the sales of company products by selling new items, promoting displays, promotions, and securing point-of-sale (POS) material.
- Inquire about point-of-sale to ensure it is in an effective area and operational.
- Manage potential out-of-code products by inquiring about code dates on slow-moving packages.
- Offer customers suggestions for increasing sales of company products through various merchandising concepts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and address inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with team and manager all pertinent information affecting assigned accounts.
Skills / Qualifications of an Inside Sales Representative:
- Previous sales and/or beverage experience preferred
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others
- Knowledge of customer service standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
