Duties Include
Follow a care plan for the patient. Assist patient with personal care and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Escort patient to doctors office , grocery store and other essential errands when needed. Provide light house keeping and laundry. Assist with meal preparation. Assess and record vital signs when needed. Document all daily activities during the shift. Observe and report any changes with the patients condition.
Qualifications: Dedicated and has passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Must be at least 18 years of age- Previous experience working with seniors preferred- Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the resident’s best interest.
Experience with dementia preferred. CNA and First-Aid/CPR preferred.
