Superior Plus Propane is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, Customer Service Representative whose role is to answer incoming calls from customers, contact existing and future customers, educate and provide customers with information on our products and services, and professionally and efficiently work with customers to resolve issues in a positive manner.Primary Responsibilities:Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.Assist and support walk in customers at location.Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns and create new business.Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requestsAssist sales team with incoming requests and outbound notification for new services and productsSupport additional CSC needs and requirements as assigned This role is for a Compressed Work WeekA Compressed Work Week will have the following work schedule: 4 x 8-hour days, in the warmest 6 months of the year (April – September) and 4 x 10-hour days in the coldest 6 months of the year (October – March).Benefits of a compressed work week: A more flexible schedule that still provides the security and benefits of a full-time job (Health Benefits, 401k plan, EAP, etc…)A job that fits into your life, instead of trying to squeeze life into your work scheduleAdding a business day back to your week to manage personal appointmentsSaving on gas, one less commute dayEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experienceThe ideal candidate will have 2 years of Customer Service experience in a high volume call center/customer service experienceSuperior Plus Propane has a vision to be the Premier Propane distribution company within the United States.
