Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will perform clerical data entry to record campaign pledges and apply campaign receipts. We are seeking someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment with good data entry skills and a can-do attitude
Essential Duties & Responsibility
- Accurately enter cash, check, and credit card receipts to customer accounts for Campaign
- Accurately enter workplace campaign pledges
- Assist with sending out monthly billing statements
- Prepare daily cash deposits for campaign revenue
- Assist with filing of campaign envelopes
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office site, especially Excel
Required education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in office procedures and practices
- Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures including data entry and data processing
- Customer service skills: ability to maintain courtesy and tact
