Job Title: Hybrid Assembler (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Mount Prospect 

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

Hourly Pay: $25/hr

Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hybrid Assembler to join our production team. This is a temp-to-perm position that will transition into a Junior Service Technician role upon successful completion of the initial assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test machines according to company specifications.
• Use hand tools and computers to assist in testing and assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot and identify potential issues during the assembly and testing phase.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and issues.

Future Responsibilities (Junior Service Technician Role):

• As the role transitions, you will take on responsibilities as a Junior Service Technician, which may include:
  • Servicing and repairing machines.
  • Interfacing with customers via phone and email to address technical inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly experience required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic computer skills for testing purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
