SupplyHouse.com, a fast growing and successful e-commerce company, is looking for an on-site IT Support Technician to join our IT Team! The IT Support Technician is responsible for assisting with end-user technical issues along with supporting and maintaining the organization’s on-site computer systems, desktops, and peripherals at our Dayton, New Jersey fulfillment and office facility. This individual will be the primary and direct point of contact for all IT infrastructure related issues and requests whose primary focus is the operation of the facility. They will troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner, and provide end-user assistance as required. Other duties include processing end-user equipment requests, providing technical support for on-site and remote users, and providing IT support for the fulfillment center office team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in IT or Helpdesk support, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. However, there is some flexibility as per our Flex-Time Policy.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt technical assistance and support for any technical issues and requests related to company operations
- Perform diagnosis and resolution of on-site and remote end-user IT related issues
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot the following:
- PC and laptop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Network hardware and software
- RF guns, scanners, tablets, and wireless access points
- Video surveillance and access control systems
- Local physical and virtual servers
- MS-365 email and SharePoint accounts
- Printers
- Phones and voice systems
- Administer and resolve issues with end-user workstations and devices
- Coordinate and work with third-party vendors for support, PC equipment and printer hardware repairs, installation of cabling and network equipment, and other IT related service calls
- Provide hand and eyes support to corporate IT Infrastructure team or supporting vendors to assist with remote troubleshooting and problem resolution (as needed)
- Deploy and maintain desktop images and application software
- Maintain inventory levels for equipment and software on-site in a neat and organized fashion, and request additional equipment (PCs, laptops, etc.) once levels drop below defined thresholds
- Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s warehouse and office environments
- Provide IT related support for remote office workers (as needed)
- Configure various end-user devices based on company standards
- Develop or modify IT support and Help Desk procedures
- Basic account management associated with end-user access and permissions
- Lifting of moderately heavy objects such as computers, printers, and peripherals
- Occasional off-hours support (as needed)
- Associate's degree or higher in an IT, Business, or similar field
- 2 year’s work experience providing Level1/Level2 IT Support for end-user requests and issues
- Working knowledge of PC and desktop hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows)
- Working knowledge of MS365
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure skills and concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution facility environment
- Experience with Microsoft, Android, and Apple OS
- Experience supporting network devices
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarly with copper and fiber cabling infrastructure
