Job Summary:
This position performs assembly,improve finish or workable quality, and preparation of SureFire products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Bead blast and tumble deburr using machines for finish requirements.
- Hand deburr metal and plastic parts to remove sharp corners.
- Assembles subassemblies with accuracy to build a quality product.
- Disassemble, rework, reassemble and test assemblies to repair defective products or rework products per design change.
- Identify slight fluctuations in parts and tooling and communicate to Team Lead or Supervisor problems with materials or assembly procedures that may affect the production quality or production flow by visually or mechanically inspecting parts prior to or during assembly or deburr process.
- Assemble parts to properly manufacture product by using blueprints, assembly manuals, and procedures.
- Read assembly drawings, receives verbal instructions, or follows sample product. Selects components per drawing or work order by using the parts or drawings provided and guidance of Lead or Team Lead following basic assembly procedures or practices.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, as applicable. Report any incidents of harassment to your Supervisor, Manager or Human Resources Manager.
- Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your supervisor or Manager immediately.
- Other duties, as assigned by supervision or management.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED, and up to one year work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
