What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cocktail Waitress position at Surf Taco?
As a Waitress you will be responsible for taking drink/food orders and maintaining a clean dining area and work station. You will also be responsible for providing the customers with excellent service and checking tables on a regular basis
Prior Bar / Restaurant experience
TIPS certification

• Clean, stock, and restock cocktail station and lounge area
• Placing drink/food orders according to specifications
• Opening / Closing and side duties as per the waitress systems
• Other duties as assigned by the management team
• Monitoring and ensuring the highest level of bar safety
• Consistently following bar systems and principles
• Operate POS system and ensure all drinks are being rung in properly
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work area
• Clean drink preparation areas
• Clean Lounge – Vacuum floors, clean couches, wipe down tables, fix pillows, etc.
