Job title- Human Resources Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

HR Consultation & Guidance:
Provide HR support and guidance to line management on a wide range of issues, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational policies. -
Trend Analysis & Solutions:
Analyze HR trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR Director to develop tailored solutions, programs, and policies that align with organizational goals. -
Employee Relations:
Resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations, tracking outcomes, and ensuring proper resolutions are implemented. -
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to legal requirements and regulatory compliance in daily employee management. Partner with the legal department when necessary. -
Performance Management:
Provide day-to-day support to line management on performance management issues, including coaching, counseling, career development, and handling disciplinary actions. -
Workplace Environment & Productivity:
Work closely with both management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention rates. -
Policy Interpretation & Support:
Provide guidance on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. -
Employee Engagement:
Oversee the execution of employee engagement programs and events to foster a positive workplace culture. -
Training & Development:
Manage the administration of training programs, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous development of employees. -
Sensitive HR Tasks:
Administer sensitive tasks, including providing reasonable accommodations, investigating misconduct allegations, and supporting terminations in accordance with company policies. -
Benefits Administration:
Act as a liaison for employee benefits, ensuring all warehouse employees have access to benefits information and assisting with enrollment or waiver processes. -
Health & Safety Compliance:
Maintain OSHA logs and oversee workers' compensation claims for the warehouse. -
Recruitment Support:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including background checks, interviews, onboarding, succession planning, and performance evaluations. -
Staffing Agency Coordination:
Collaborate with staffing agencies to fill open warehouse associate positions as needed. -
Exit Interviews & Data Analysis:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback through surveys and questionnaires to identify trends and recommend improvements.
