Position available for an experienced PARTY CHIEF with 3 years proven work record. This position is works as a One-Person or Two-Person Survey Crew, which will work on projects throughout Colorado. The position may involve approximately 30% travel in a year. We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to manage and complete work on exciting projects. The candidate must be a self-starter, have tremendous dedication, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail. To be considered the candidate must possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Ability to perform as One-Person or Two-Person Crew.
- Engineering Design Survey Experience is required.
- CDOT TMOSS Engineering Design Survey Experience preferred.
- Transportation Survey Experience a plus.
- Boundary experience a plus.
- Trimble experience with GPS and Robotic Total Stations.
- Trimble Scanning Experience (SX10 or similar) preferred, but training will be required.
- Independently operate Laptop with Microsoft software and Trimble Business Center.
- Ability to upload/download data collector files.
- Ability to perform control surveys, boundary and topographical surveys.
- Ability to create accurate field notes with sketches for all assigned field work.
- FAA Part 107 Certification and Drone flight Experience Preferred
- Excellent driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be willing to travel up to 30% in a year (as-needed)
- Overtime as-needed, and some weekends as-needed.
