Building on the success of the original West Hollywood location San Vicente is expanding to Santa Monica (opening November 2024) and New York City (opening January 2025).

Position Purpose
The Front Desk Host position at the San Vicente Bungalows is a hybrid hotel and restaurant position in charge of providing a world class experience from the time our members enter the club to the time they depart. They are responsible for cultivating individualized relationships with our VIP members and guests while also prioritizing the organizational duties of the front desk.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls and responds to emails with confidence and professional verbiage
- Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently
- Works quickly with the Seven Rooms and Peoplevine Management systems
- Puts work orders, service requests and maintains logs books in Alice Hotel Systems
- Memorizes 5 outdoor areas of service, to seat guests efficiently and promptly when they arrive
- Ensures all rules of the club are understood and followed by all members and guests prior to entering the club
- Acknowledges guests’ needs, anticipates guests’ needs and always responds promptly to maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Informs manager of any guest complaints, requests or problems
- Maintains an organized and clean work area
- Follows all safety and sanitation procedures that pertain to the job
