Flexible Scheduling:
Shifts: 2 hour shifts Monday to Friday! 10am to 12pm! Weekends available!!
Start Date: Flexible start dates based on your preferred timeline.
Responsibilities:
Accurately record a patient’s medical history.
Proven Experience with Pediatrics.
Measure and record blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and other vital signs.
Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects of medications.
Monitor patients’ condition, including fluid intake and output, and document in patient charts.
Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, and assist with wound care and other basic medical tasks.
Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
Communicate with patients’ families to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an LPN, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
Valid LPN License in your designated state of work.
Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and able to handle stress calmly and effectively.
Training and Support:
Training will be provided by the nurse handling the cases to ensure you are well-prepared and supported in your role.
