As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Hub Operations to oversee and optimize our operations across multiple locations. This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring strong operational expertise and the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Hub Operations will play a key role in managing and improving the performance of our five hub locations nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Director of Autopilot Operations, you will provide leadership, administrative support, and operational strategy to drive productivity, quality, and compliance. This role will require up to 50% travel to our various hubs to provide on-site guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight: Lead and oversee day-to-day operations at all hub locations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
• Backup Hub Support: Step in as a backup for Hub Managers when necessary, providing leadership and handling administrative responsibilities.
• Travel & On-Site Leadership: Travel up to 50% of the time to provide hands-on support, training, and leadership at various hub locations across the country.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Autopilot Operations to implement operational strategies aimed at improving productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all hubs adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for safety and efficiency.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop Hub Managers, providing coaching and support to enhance their operational effectiveness and leadership skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience:7-10 years of experience in operations management.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with experience managing multiple locations.
• Skills:Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to make informed decisions under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for on-site leadership and support.
• Willingness to work from our headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Weekends as needed.
