Qualified candidates must have a Montana Administrator License (LNHA), extensive knowledge and experience with CMS regulations, skilled nursing facility management experience and a proven track record of success with state surveys.

Qualifications:

• LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) license in the state of Montana.

• Commitment to the highest level of care and excellence for our residents. Proven dedication to skilled nursing and the populations we serve.
• 1 years of skilled nursing facility administration experience.
• Proven operational results in post-acute care and long-term skilled nursing operations.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people and personalities.

Our Administrators are an integral part of our leadership team reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations.
