Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Swoon is actively hiring a Data Visualization Designer to join the team!

What your day-to-day will look like?

• Transform complex data sets into compelling, insightful and aesthetically pleasing visualizations
• Gather and interpret business requirements, translating stories that drive decision making and strategic insights
• Create visually stunning data-driven stories to convey data to stakeholders in a thoughtful ideation of next steps and conveys impact
• Establishes and enforces design standards and practices across all project to ensure consistency and usability.
• Love numbers and want to keep data clean and organized

What's Required / Technical Skills

• 3 years of experience in Tableau
• Knoledge of reporting tools to gather data and produce dashboards in real-time
• Experience with other data visualization tools is helpful
• 3 years of experience in design principles such as layout, typography, color, and interaction design
• Fluent skills with Adobe Tools including Illustrator, Excel, and Photoshop
• Transform data into compelling visuals
• Must be a self starter!

Education / Certifications

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 3-5 years of experience in data visualization
