What you will do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately generate new revenue to grow our presence in US.
This position is an individual contributor role and works closely with Account Executives and Marketing.
Responsibility
Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory
Manage outbound prospect calls to educate potential customers on what Actium Health has to offer and gain insight into their business needs
Drive brand and product awareness in market through regular email and call campaigns
Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives
Record prospect information in our CRM database
Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting
What you bring - basic
Understanding of sales cycles and solution-selling tactics
Experience with computer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
What you bring - advanced
2 years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferably in the healthcare space
Track record of success in outbound sales/business development role
Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience

Syllable is open to consideration of candidates at varying levels of experience and responsibility, subject to meeting the basic qualifications of the position. As such, the salary range for this position is $60,000-$120,000. The range of compensation for this role takes into account the variety of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to pay band placement, skillset, experience and training, licensure and certification, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. All compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
