We are growing our Strategic Growth Team and this role is critical in growing and retaining clients and revenue. This role focuses on long-term strategic sales with AM’s that understand short-term delivery with long-term planning. This position is selling to CHRO, CFO, and CIOs and focuses on acting as a trusted advisor to our clients through their Symphony Talent full-funnel talent acquisition solutions journey.

Qualifications Requirements

What You’ll Do :

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Take a strategic approach to your client portfolio to create a comprehensive full-funnel solutions plan for growth and retention while strengthening the overall client relationship
  • Understand the business and business vertical of the client to drive expansion
  • Become the “insider” to understand the internal environment of the client
  • Help put the client in a winning situation through value realization
  • Coordinate with the CSM, Implementation, Product, and Symphony Talent executive teams in your strategic client engagements
  • Drive maximum value for all clients in all segments

What You’ve Done :

  • 7 years Account Management sales success with SaaS solutions
  • Industry experience selling an HR / TA technology solution or related technologies
  • Proven SaaS AM experience selling into large enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated success with growth and retention of customers
  • Curiosity, the ability to dive deeper and ask questions to enhance client intimacy
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp and explain technical and business concepts
