Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics planning
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring proper execution of procedures and safety protocols
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including tracking deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Analyze operational performance and propose improvements as needed
- Create reports on warehouse performance metrics and present them to upper management
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills; ability to interact with various stakeholders and teams
