Experience: At least 7 years of paralegal experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Organization and Efficiency: Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building client relationships and providing excellent service.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with legal technology and software; familiarity with WealthCounsel is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus but not required.
