Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Programming will lead the team of Programmer Analysts and Data Mining Specialists, driving innovation and efficiency in programming and data initiatives. The AVP will maintain detailed documentation, uphold best practices in coding and data management, and support strategic planning efforts to enhance technology solutions. Essential Functions
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to the Programmer Analysts and Data Mining Specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- System Development Oversight: Manage the design, development, and implementation of programming solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Oversee data mining efforts to extract insights, support decision-making, and optimize processes.
