We provide world-wide, enterprise-scaled corporate data transport and messaging services that are highly available, reliable, and fault tolerant and critical to National Security. We are looking to add a Systems Test Engineer to our Low Latency Messaging Services Team. This team is responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting a subscription based messaging capability, enabling mission applications to communicate in near-real time.

Position Responsibilities:
- Testing web-based GUIs, Enterprise Java Applications, or Messaging Systems
- Evaluating web-based GUIs for Section 508 compliance
- Working with REST and testing REST-based web services
- Understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL queries and validating results
- Using scripting languages to automate testing on a Linux platform
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
- Proficiency working in a Linux OS
- Experience with scripting and automated testing is desired
- Proven experience as a Software/Systems Test Engineer or similar role
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
