Senior Strategist - UX

Job Description

• Site Content Strategy & Auditing: Conduct comprehensive site content audits and create frameworks for information architecture, taxonomy, sitemaps, and content modeling to support client-facing e-commerce and marketing site re-platforming and redesign projects.
• Content Migration Expertise: Develop and implement robust content migration frameworks to ensure seamless transitions during re-platforming initiatives.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX, product, and SEO teams to align content strategy with business goals and enhance overall user experience.
• Client Engagement & Consultation: Serve as a key client-facing consultant, providing strategic guidance and delivering tailored content solutions to meet project objectives.
• Salesforce Knowledge & Technical Acumen: Leverage Salesforce experience, if available, to streamline project workflows and optimize content management processes.

Role Details: 20 hours per week, with a focus on strong collaboration and delivering high-quality results.
