We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee both ground-up and renovation commercial projects ranging from $10M to $40M in value. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with high-profile clients and establish long-lasting relationships for repeat business in the Richmond, VA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, depending on size and complexity.
• Collaborate with the estimating team during preconstruction to provide input on scheduling and construction methodologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners and their consultants.
• Oversee all business aspects of the project and provide leadership to field supervision.
• Conduct regular visits to job sites to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience working for a General Contractor on commercial, higher education, federal fand/or healthcare construction projects.
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a lead Project Manager.
• Proven expertise in ground-up construction and renovation projects. MEP expertise is desirable.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Richmond, VA region (relocation assistance provided).
• A 4-year degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $130K-$140K, commensurate with experience.
