Key Responsibilities :
Develop maintain and update GIS databases including data collection input and quality control.
Perform spatial analysis and create custom maps and reports to support various departments.
Integrate GIS with other enterprise systems such as SAP to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Provide technical support and training to endusers on GIS applications and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and implement GIS projects.
Develop and maintain GIS applications including webbased and mobile solutions.
Conduct data analysis validation and visualization to support decisionmaking processes.
Prepare documentation including user manuals technical reports and project plans.
Stay current with GIS trends technologies and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our GIS capabilities.
Requirements
What Were Looking For :
Bachelor s degree in Geography Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 45 years of experience working with Esri ArcGIS Software Suite including Enterprise Desktop Server Portal Pro and Online.
Proven experience in the electric or gas utilities sector.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# Java Python and SQL.
Experience with ArcGIS Runtime SDK ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python ArcObjects ArcPy Arcade REST JSON GeoJSON ASP.NET WC Web API RDF HTML CSS XML and Visual Studio.
Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise GIS solutions.
Excellent problemsolving analytical and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Needs to be in the office 3 days a week.
Bonus : Experience presenting workshops or training sessions on GIS technology within the utilities sector.
