Responsibilities:
- Lead site operations through supervisors to achieve operational metrics and sales targets.
- Ensure safety compliance for 50kW Battery systems, including electrical and testing processes, and verify safety standards for field service personnel.
- Maintain regular engagement with key client contacts, aligning with their expectations.
- Oversee delivery of Client KPIs, including service levels, customer experience, quality, and compliance.
- Develop and optimize the operational talent pool, enhancing team skills and identifying new talent.
- Establish effective communication models to ensure team understanding of business performance and objectives.
- Manage peak periods in the manufacturing and service industry efficiently.
- Accountable for operational performance, exceeding targets for required metrics.
- Identify and implement best practices to continuously improve operations.
- Motivate and manage teams to meet targets and business goals.
- Select, manage, and coach supervisors effectively.
- Identify opportunities for service and process improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to achieve business improvements, cost savings, and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience in manufacturing operations management.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management roles.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
