What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk Analyst III position at Synergy Staffing?
This individual will provide continuous interaction with various business units. The primary focus in this position will be leading operating incident review, records management, and insurance programs, as well as conducting organization-wide risk assessments and preparing and presenting risk reports to the Operational Risk Management Committee.
Primary Success Factors
- Lead the operating incident program, discussing control breakdowns with business units, determining root cause and impact, and making recommendations to mitigate future risks. Present results to an organization-wide working group and to the Operational Risk Management Committee.
- Lead records management and insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance. Collaborate with third-party providers and various departments to maintain adequate insurance coverage.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
