Payments Business Analyst
Domain Knowledge (Must):
Expertise in FinTech and Payment Systems.
Familiarity with SWIFT (ISO 15022, ISO 20022, MT, MX messages).
Experience with ACH - NACHA formats.
Understanding of securities messaging.
Agile Methodologies:
Proficient in Agile processes and defect tracking.
Expertise in requirements management tools and techniques.
Data Analysis:
Experience with SQL queries for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
Proficiency in working with large and diverse datasets.
Compliance Knowledge (Preferred):
Exposure to Financial Crimes Compliance (AML, Alert Investigations, SAR).
Experience with tools like Actimize, Fircosoft, or Bridger.
Software Development Knowledge:
Proficiency in Java or Python for scalable and resilient system design.
Experience in iterative software design and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of JSP and TagLib (Added Advantage).
Visualization and Reporting:
Ability to gather, analyze, and visualize data for continuous improvement of applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
