An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Representative to join our team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor, the successful applicant will provide general support to the Team and, although not exhaustive, will also be responsible for:
- Answer incoming calls/correspondence in a competent and professional manner within agreed service standards.
- Ensure all orders and correspondence are recorded accurately.
- Work with team members and management in order to solve all customer concerns and queries.
- Contribute to the goal of continually improving the quality of customer service and service turnaround of work processes
Applicants must have a good standard of education, IT skills with Excel knowledge is beneficial.
