We're FOX Rehabilitation, a multi-state, professional private practice of independent Occupational Therapy Assistants who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. - Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults
- Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults
