We require Sr. CRAs (10 years of experience across multiple indications) to travel to sites to complete site monitoring activities in compliance with the monitoring plan.

Below are the requirements:
- Sr. CRA with at least 10 Years Experience
- Sponsor Experience
- Cell/Gene Therapy and Rare Disease Experience
- Early and Late Phase Studies
- Start Up, Maintenance, and Close Out Experience
- On-site SDV across 2-3 studies
- Review and coaching to the site on ISF maintenance
- Uploading documents to the TMF
- Site training
- Site management across 2-3 studies for academic sites
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with PIs and Coordinators
- Assist the site and study team with inspection readiness
