Description: The Human Resources Supervisor will provide overall management and direction to the HR workforce, overseeing all aspects of human resources within the company, and will serve as the primary point of contact for management regarding employee related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates the development and administration of HR programs in functions compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, security, unemployment insurance, and related areas both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Provides change management in support of the company's significant growth activities.
- Forecasts future staffing needs, develops, and implements staffing plans.
- Analyzes wage and salary data to determine the company's compensation framework.
- Partners closely with vendors to administer cost-effective employee benefit plan.
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates the development and administration of human resources programs in functions such as, employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, security, unemployment insurance and related areas.
- Provides staff consulting support in the investigation of new human resources programs.
- Conducts research into human resources practices, policies and procedures. Analyzes trends of a competitive nature and within the company.
- Assists in the formulation of company human resources and manpower objectives.
- Develops recommended courses of action to meet objectives. Conducts studies to determine feasibility, costs benefits, and potential human resources program applications. Typical tasks would include: formulation of extensive recruiting campaigns, development of compensation plans, coordination of training programs, analysis and recommendations for benefit changes, preparation and administration of EEO and affirmative action programs and tasks of similar complexity. May provide project leadership to other staff members. May supervise the work of lower level employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience.
