S3, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support on-going efforts with STORM Program Office on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Military experience is a plus. This is not a teleworking position.
Job Description:
Senior Program Manager is responsible for the execution of the STORM Technical Contract for S³, Inc. Performs weapon system program management and system integration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company personnel and coordination of execution of contract scope from subcontractors and team members.
- Coordination with PMO management for the program office needs in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS).
- Interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for near-term and far-term contract requirements for all tasks and personnel including vacancies and new positions.
- Performance evaluations for S³ personnel: assessments of subcontractor, team member performance, timecard management, development of requisitions for new hires, and backfills.
- Support to strategic planning functions for the PMO leadership.
- Interface with S³ Contracts, Human Resources, and Security for PMO and program needs.
- Development of budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations.
Qualifications requirements:
- Have a Bachelor's degree and 25 years’ experience or Master's degree and 23 years’ of experience.
- Have performed weapon system program management and system integration.
- Experience must include 5 years of hands on senior level experience in one or more functional areas of DoD/service systems program management and integration office.
