Worldwide Distributor and Manufacturer of Irrigation equipment, with 70 years of experience in the irrigation industry.
T-L Irrigation Co. is looking for a qualified IT Administrator. The ideal candidate would have a sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems. The candidate would lead a team of 2-3 IT Professionals.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of
- Windows OS environment.
- Enterprise backup systems (Veeam)
- Linux server operating systems
- Fortinet firewalls
- Microsoft 365 e-mail administration
- Remote management
- Skills and abilities
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and desktop software
- Basic printer troubleshooting and repair
- Basic understanding of the OSI networking model.
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and has strong documentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
- Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Access need for new equipment and software
The following are not required but would be helpful:
- Degree in technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems)
- Experience with Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with VMware systems.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (VB Script or Powershell)
- Application development using VB6, .net
- A Certification
