Responsibilities

  • Supervises 5 Market Managers
  • Drive sales results and program execution
  • Supports New Hire Training
  • Ensures adequate staffing and adherence to hours budget
  • Review all HireVue videos and interview candidates, and hire new employees in partnership with Recruiting and Market Managers
  • Fosters strong relationships with client
  • Oversees successful completion of Market Manager activities and responsibilities
  • Travels to stores on a weekly basis
  • Completes weekly schedules for all supervised stores
  • Partners with Market Manager to ensure attendance and other key records are maintained

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of success in wireless sales
  • Ability to travel within the market regularly
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills required
  • Must be willing to adhere to “retail hours.” Flexibility and willingness to work all shifts: including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must own a smart phone with a data plan
