We are currently looking for dynamic, outgoing, and knowledgeable oyster shuckers to add to our hospitality team. This role is responsible for:
Engaging with guests at oyster bar
Informing guests of daily oyster available, shucking to order, and delivering excellent and enthusiastic guest service
Describe the origin of the oysters along with flavor profile to guests
Quickly and efficiently take guests orders, deliver orders, receive payment, and close out guest checks
Pre-bus and maintain the bar top, assist in keeping bar running smoothly
Teamwork with co-workers that will add to a culture of teamwork and hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced, culinary environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to stand 8 hours
- Team player
- Must have a go-giver personality and willingness to help
- Must have availability to work primarily weekend, AM & PM shifts
