Job Qualifications – Bilingual Sales Advocate

Minimum Requirements:

- Age & Work Authorization – Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Flexible Schedule – Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using personal computers and mobile technology to assist customers and manage sales.
- Reliable Transportation – Must have a dependable means of transportation to and from the store.
- Proximity & Flexibility – Must live within 30 minutes of the designated home store and be willing to work at multiple locations within the district when needed.
- Professional Appearance – Adhere to dress code, while maintaining a professional look at all times.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Mobility – Ability to stand for extended periods of time to engage with customers and deliver exceptional service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Light Lifting & Stocking – Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds and performing bending, squatting, and stretching for inventory management and product stocking.
- Fast-Paced Atmosphere – Comfortable working in a high-energy retail setting, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete assigned tasks with accuracy.
