Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Engage with customers in a compassionate and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met with personalized solutions.
  • Build Value – Offer thoughtful, customized recommendations for individuals, families, and businesses, helping them stay connected with the best telecom services.
  • Represent with Excellence – Uphold the integrity and reputation of Tablet Solution and the Cricket brand by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and product expertise.
  • Support Store Operations – Assist leadership with day-to-day store functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive team environment.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals – Strive to meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), unlocking exciting bonus and commission opportunities.

Job Qualifications – Bilingual Sales Advocate

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bilingual Proficiency – Must be fluent in English and Spanish to effectively assist diverse customers.
  • Excellent Communication & Sales Aptitude – Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and clearly convey product benefits.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – A commitment to exceptional service, honesty, and integrity, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Retail Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required) – Prior sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Age & Work Authorization – Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Flexible Schedule – Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using personal computers and mobile technology to assist customers and manage sales.
  • Reliable Transportation – Must have a dependable means of transportation to and from the store.
  • Proximity & Flexibility – Must live within 30 minutes of the designated home store and be willing to work at multiple locations within the district when needed.
  • Professional Appearance – Adhere to dress code, while maintaining a professional look at all times.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Mobility – Ability to stand for extended periods of time to engage with customers and deliver exceptional service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
  • Light Lifting & Stocking – Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds and performing bending, squatting, and stretching for inventory management and product stocking.
  • Fast-Paced Atmosphere – Comfortable working in a high-energy retail setting, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to follow instructions precisely and complete assigned tasks with accuracy.
  • Critical Thinking Under Pressure – Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and find solutions in a fast-moving environment.
