Duties

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints through data entry.
- Assist with cash handling and processing transactions as needed.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including generating invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely payment posting.
- Conduct collections activities by contacting clients regarding overdue accounts, resolving disputes, and arranging payment plans when necessary.
- Process and reconcile daily payments, ensuring accuracy across various payment methods and maintaining detailed financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience with collections and receivables is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Familiarity with office procedures and data entry tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
