Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during scheduled shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Assist with food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail environment
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with sanitization practices and food safety regulations
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
