Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support the team with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as needed, ensuring all food service areas are well-organized.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
