What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Bartender position at Tailwind SHV?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join our rapidly growing company. Come join us at Tailwind Hospitality at Shreveport Regional Airport. Tailwind is a national airport concessionaire that provides food, beverage, and retail at 56 locations across the country. An experienced Bartender with a positive attitude and excellent people skills will help us achieve our goal of providing friendly service and top-quality offerings to enhance the traveler’s experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare delicious mixed drinks and pour draft beers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks in a positive upbeat manner
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Cash handling
Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven bartending experience
- Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
- Must be 18 years of age. Age restriction due to alcohol handling/serving in essential job functions.
