Responsibilities
Nurse Practitioner –Part Time, Benefits eligible, approximately 24 -32 hours weekly
Talbott is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, determine diagnosis plans, prescribe treatments, and manage mental health care regimens in collaboration with the designated physician. Talbott Recovery Campus offers dual diagnosis outpatient treatment just outside Atlanta's city limits. Day and Evening PHP and IOP programs are facilitated by licensed master's-level therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in treating addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a non-traditional work schedule!
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum of two (2) years experience as a NP in a Hospital with mental illness and addictive disorders patients
Unencumbered State of GA Licensed NP, expertise, or interest, in treating patients with mental illness and addictive disorders preferred.
Appropriate educational credentials as a Nurse Practitioner
