Our customer has asked Talent 101 to identify a Digital Design Engineer for a 12 month project located in Chandler, AZ.
What is the project about, what will the selected candidate be doing and what is the outcome our customer expects?
The digital design engineer position is located in Chandler, AZ. The person in this role will own RTL design and report to digital design lead. Key responsibilities include understanding design specification and communication protocols (PSI, DSI, SPI, and I2C), RTL design using various Cadence tools , MATLAB, and have good knowledge of digital design methodology, flow and tools.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
- MSEE or BSEE with 2-3 years of digital design experience.
- Ability to Write IP level requirement specifications and verification plans.
- Provide technical estimation on gate counts, die area, power, and development schedule.
- Strong knowledge of RTL coding, verification, synthesis and place & route.
- Basic experience in digital verification using System Verilog and UVM methodology.
- Technical writing of design reports, lessons learned and 8Ds.
- Provide technical support to the cross-functional team including Validation Engineer, Product Engineer and Test Engineer.
- Process knowledge is a plus
