Key Responsibilities:
- Process Control Systems Design: Design, implement, and support process control systems for NGL, crude oil, and petrochemical pipelines.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance for process control project scope, estimates, and system implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize PLC configurations, specifically Allen Bradley Control Logix and Wonderware Intouch HMI systems.
- Project Leadership: Lead process control projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring safety standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of best practices in process automation, focusing on efficiency, safety, and innovation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical work, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Education: B.S. in Engineering (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in process control systems, particularly in midstream energy sectors such as NGL, crude oil, or petrochemicals.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley Control Logix) and HMI systems (Wonderware Intouch).
- Industry Standards: Deep understanding of industry standards for documentation, loop tuning, safety systems, and PLC configuration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with operations teams and contractors.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb a ladder.
- Travel & Availability: Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and be on call 24/7 as needed.
